Orders are shipped via our affiliate courier UPS Standard.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated upon your checkout depending on your location, weight and volume of your parcel.

SHIPPING TIMES

The merchandise will be ready for dispatch in maximum of 2 business days after the receipt of payment. For the delivery times for your destination, please refer to the chart below:

We process and ship orders during our main service hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 till 20:00 (with the exception of Spanish public holidays).

Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend are processed the following Monday.

In case of urgency, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to deliver your order as fast as possible. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email with a tracking number and a corresponding courier link

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return any purchases (including reduced items) within 14 days of receipt. Return outside the 14-day window may be accepted at our discretion. 

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been used, washed or altered, and with tags attached.
  • Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
  • Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed (swimwear) or if the items are soiled
  • Merchandise must be returned in our original packaging
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer
  • If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our returns policy. You can also choose to receive your refund as a SELFIE STORE credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item.
  • The shipping costs and any other related costs (such as import and customs fees, etc.) for the returned order unfortunately are not covered and will be carried on your own account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customised items, gifts or promotional items cannot be returned

    HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER

    If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return it, please proceed to our RETURNS CENTER and follow the instructions to return the item. 

    • Enter your order number and email address and click "Find Your Order"
    • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
    • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

    REFUNDING THE PURCHASE

    Once the return is received and inspected, you will receive an email regarding the returned items notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is accepted, we will refund you as quickly as possible. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

    Please note:

    • The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
    • The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
    • The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
    • If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued
    • If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.
    • If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher
